We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any device, monitor, or screen will accurately represent the product’s exact color, scale, texture, or appearance.

Product availability shown on the website is not guaranteed until an order has been reviewed, payment has been successfully processed, and the order has been accepted by Mioraahs New York.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product offered or purchased, discontinue or modify a product, change product descriptions, specifications, or pricing, restrict sales to certain individuals, locations, or jurisdictions, and correct errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

Lab-Grown Gemstones and Materials

Mioraahs New York creates jewelry using lab-grown diamonds, lab-grown gemstones, precious metals, plated metals, and other materials as described on the applicable product page.

Lab-grown diamonds and lab-grown gemstones are created in controlled laboratory environments and are not mined stones. The specific materials, metal composition, gemstone type, plating, treatments, and other characteristics of each piece will be identified on the applicable product page.

References to a diamond or gemstone on the website should be read together with the accompanying disclosure identifying it as lab-grown, laboratory-created, or otherwise treated where applicable.

A grading report, certification, appraisal, or other gemstone documentation is included only when expressly stated on the applicable product page or order documentation. Images of grading reports or certificates are provided for reference and may not always depict the exact report accompanying an individual piece unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before placing an order.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Mioraahs New York. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we have received your order and does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

An order is accepted only after we have reviewed the order, successfully verified payment, confirmed product availability, and begun processing or production.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order due to product or pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, payment authorization issues, incomplete or inaccurate customer information, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, unusually large purchase quantities, suspected reseller activity, misuse of promotions, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or another legitimate business or security concern.

We may request additional information or identity verification before accepting or shipping an order. Failure to provide the requested information may result in cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or household.

Mioraahs products are intended for personal use unless we provide prior written authorization for resale or commercial distribution.

Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information when placing an order.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing checkout. This includes the selected product, size, metal, color, engraving, personalization, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and email address.

You agree to promptly update your information so that we can process your order and contact you where necessary.

Mioraahs New York is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, additional shipping charges, or other losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing, Payment and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable sales tax, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing, typographical, technical, or system errors.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, even if the customer has received an order confirmation.

Payment must be made using a payment method accepted at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, the information provided is accurate, the applicable charges may be processed, and you are responsible for all authorized charges associated with the order.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Mioraahs New York does not control the independent terms, security practices, or processing procedures of those providers.

Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards

Promotional codes, discounts, credits, and offers are subject to the conditions stated at the time they are issued.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order, promotions cannot be combined or applied retroactively, promotions have no cash value, and promotions may exclude certain products or custom orders.

Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an eligible order is placed. Misuse of a promotion may result in cancellation of the order.

Gift cards, if offered, are subject to any additional terms displayed at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Custom-Made and Personalized Orders

Products described as custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, resized, specially sourced, or otherwise altered are created or modified specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom details, including sizing, spelling, initials, dates, engraving, stone selection, metal selection, and design instructions, are correct before submitting the order.

Production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun unless Mioraahs New York agrees otherwise in writing.

Requested changes may delay production, require a revised price, require payment of additional labor or material costs, or be unavailable once production has begun.

Renderings, sketches, CAD images, mockups, and samples are visual approximations. The finished piece may differ slightly due to production requirements, scale, screen display, gemstone characteristics, or handcrafted finishing.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, and otherwise altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Processing and Production Times

In-stock pieces are generally processed and dispatched within approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been accepted.

Standard carrier delivery for in-stock pieces is generally estimated at approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are handcrafted specifically for the customer and generally require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipment.

Production times and carrier transit times are separate. Expedited or overnight shipping applies only to the carrier’s transit time after dispatch and does not shorten production, personalization, engraving, resizing, verification, or order-processing time.

Business days do not include weekends or United States federal holidays.

All processing, production, dispatch, and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If we become unable to ship an order within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we may contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates begin only after the order has been completed, accepted, and transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, government action, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, holidays, security reviews, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, supplier delays, events of force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping to a P.O. box, freight-forwarding service, hotel, temporary accommodation, package-forwarding service, or third-party receiving location may be restricted or unavailable.

Once a package is delivered to a freight forwarder, hotel, mailroom, concierge, doorman, package room, or another location selected by the customer, Mioraahs New York is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after the recorded delivery to that location, except where otherwise required by law.

Signature Requirements and High-Value Orders

For security and insurance purposes, we reserve the right to require an adult signature upon delivery for any order, particularly high-value orders.

The signature requirement may be added even if it was not separately selected by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to accept delivery.

A carrier may make multiple delivery attempts or hold the package at an authorized facility. Packages returned to Mioraahs New York after unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

Requests to waive a signature requirement may be denied. Where Mioraahs permits a customer to waive a signature requirement, the customer may assume the risk of loss after the carrier records the package as delivered, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping Insurance, Loss and Damage

Mioraahs orders are insured while in transit according to the terms and limitations of the applicable carrier or shipping-insurance provider.

Transit coverage generally ends when the carrier records the package as delivered to the shipping address or authorized receiving location provided by the customer, subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy and applicable law.

If a package arrives damaged, appears to have been opened or tampered with, contains an incorrect product, is missing an item, or cannot be located despite being recorded as delivered, you must contact us at hello@mioraahsnewyork.com within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

Notification after this period may limit our ability to pursue a carrier or insurance claim but will not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You must retain the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping labels, delivery documentation, photographs or video of the package and product, and any other evidence reasonably requested for the claim.

Customers must cooperate with reasonable carrier, insurer, payment-provider, or law-enforcement investigations.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Resolution may depend on the facts of the claim and approval by the carrier or insurance provider.

Mioraahs New York reserves the right to replace the item, repair the item, issue store credit, or issue a refund, as appropriate and where permitted by law.

False, misleading, or fraudulent claims may result in cancellation of the claim, termination of website access, and referral to the appropriate payment provider, carrier, insurer, or authority.

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.

Before sending a product back, the customer must contact hello@mioraahsnewyork.com and receive return authorization and return instructions.

An unauthorized return may be refused or returned to the customer.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, free from scratches, odors, residue, or signs of wear, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, certificates, grading reports, accessories, gifts, or promotional items.

Valid proof of purchase is required.

Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, repaired, engraved, or modified by the customer or a third party are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings must be completely unworn and returned with any applicable protective packaging intact.

Products expressly identified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be securely packaged, sent using a trackable shipping method, adequately insured for the product’s full value, and sent according to the return instructions provided by Mioraahs New York.

The customer bears the risk of loss, theft, or damage until the return is physically received by Mioraahs New York.

Mioraahs New York is not responsible for a return that is lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged in transit, sent without authorization, or sent to an incorrect address.

When the return results from a product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mioraahs New York will provide or reimburse reasonable standard return-shipping costs according to the instructions provided to the customer.

Shipping charges incurred independently by the customer without prior authorization may not be reimbursed.

Return Inspection and Refunds

All returns are inspected before approval.

A return may be rejected if the product shows signs of wear, is damaged, has been altered or repaired, is incomplete, is missing original packaging or documentation, does not match the product originally purchased, or otherwise fails to meet the return requirements.

Where permitted by law, Mioraahs New York may deduct an amount reflecting loss in value caused by damage, wear, missing components, or improper handling.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within approximately 7–10 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved. Additional time may be required for the customer’s bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, international shipping fees, duties, taxes paid to customs authorities, and other delivery-related charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

If a promotional item or complimentary gift was included with the order, it must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Exchanges

One complimentary exchange is available for each eligible United States order requested within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original product unless it was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For the first eligible exchange, Mioraahs New York will cover standard outbound shipping for the replacement product within the United States.

Any subsequent exchange will be subject to applicable return and shipping charges.

Exchanges are subject to product eligibility, product availability, inspection and approval of the returned product, payment of any price difference, and the return requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.

If the replacement product costs more than the original product, the customer must pay the difference before shipment. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method or otherwise handled as communicated to the customer.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and final-sale products are not eligible for exchange except where damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Cancellations and Changes

Requests to cancel or change an order should be submitted to hello@mioraahsnewyork.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after submission.

In-stock orders cannot be canceled after processing or dispatch has begun.

Custom-made, made-to-order, engraved, resized, personalized, or specially sourced orders cannot be canceled or changed after production has begun unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A request to change a shipping address may require additional identity or payment verification and may be denied for security reasons.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for reviewing local import rules and confirming that the product may lawfully be imported into the destination country.

Unless expressly collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage fees, customs-clearance charges, local handling fees, and other governmental or carrier-imposed charges.

Mioraahs New York does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

The customer or recipient may be considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with applicable laws and completing customs requirements.

Customs processing may delay delivery and is outside our reasonable control.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, returned because duties were not paid, or returned because the customer failed to complete customs requirements, the customer may be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties or fees charged to Mioraahs New York, carrier handling charges, and other costs incurred in recovering the package.

These amounts may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

International shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and fees paid to third parties are generally non-refundable by Mioraahs New York.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to any destination due to legal, carrier, insurance, security, or operational limitations.

Jewelry Care, Wear and Maintenance

Fine jewelry requires appropriate care and maintenance.

Customers should avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfume, hairspray, lotions, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, excessive moisture, impact, pressure, or activities that may bend, scratch, loosen, or damage the piece.

Jewelry should be stored separately in a clean, dry place and inspected periodically for loose stones, worn prongs, weakened clasps, or other signs of wear.

Plating, polishing, texture, and surface finishes may gradually change with normal wear. This is not necessarily a manufacturing defect.

Scratches, tarnishing, plating wear, discoloration caused by chemicals or improper storage, bent or damaged settings, broken or stretched chains, lost stones, loose stones caused by impact, damage caused by dropping or crushing, damage caused by improper cleaning, damage caused by sizing changes, and damage resulting from unauthorized repair or alteration are generally considered normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care rather than manufacturing defects.

Repairs and After-Sale Service

Customers may contact hello@mioraahsnewyork.com to request an inspection or repair assessment.

Repair availability, timing, and pricing will depend on the nature of the product, the damage, material availability, and whether the product can reasonably be repaired.

Mioraahs New York may request photographs, purchase information, or physical inspection before providing an assessment.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping a product to Mioraahs New York for inspection or repair.

A repair, replacement, or other service will not be provided until any applicable estimate has been approved and paid.

Repairs, resizing, engraving, polishing, or alterations performed by an unauthorized third party may prevent Mioraahs New York from servicing the product or may affect any remedy otherwise available.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Manufacturing Concerns

If you believe that a product has a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the concern, clear photographs or video, and any other information reasonably requested.

Mioraahs New York will assess the product and determine whether inspection is required.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Damage caused by normal wear, accidental impact, misuse, improper care, unauthorized repair, or third-party alteration is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Unless expressly stated on the product page or in writing, Mioraahs New York does not provide a separate commercial warranty beyond the remedies required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact hello@mioraahsnewyork.com regarding an order concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute where reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a customer’s lawful rights under applicable billing or consumer-protection laws.

We reserve the right to submit order records, tracking information, communications, product documentation, delivery confirmation, and other relevant evidence to a payment provider in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, or other action permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including product designs, jewelry concepts, collections, names, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, copy, layouts, packaging, artwork, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mioraahs New York and are protected to the extent available under applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in another location where applicable law expressly gives the consumer that right.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Mioraahs New York agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A written notice should include the customer’s name and contact information, the applicable order number, a description of the dispute, relevant supporting documents, and the requested resolution.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims procedure where eligible.

Electronic Communications
